Editorial disclosure
How CX Innovation is produced, and the standards it is held to.
Editorial standards
CX Innovation is an editorial publication covering the architecture, evaluation, and operation of enterprise AI agents. We write about the field broadly. Articles are not reviewed for competitive positioning, we do not publish paid placements, and external resources are labelled as such.
How we handle it
- Standards are stated plainly. Not only on this page, and not only in the footer.
- External links are labelled. Anywhere we point to another organisation’s material, the component that renders it names them explicitly.
- No paid placements. Nothing on this site is a paid or sponsored post. If that ever changes, such posts will be labelled as advertising.
- No fabricated evidence. We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials, customer claims, or vendor rankings. Figures carry a source; where a number has not been verified, it is marked as unverified rather than published as fact.
- Comparisons state their basis. Comparison tables carry a required disclosure explaining how criteria were chosen and who benefits from the framing.
Editorial independence
[Placeholder — this section needs sign-off before launch. State accurately what review process articles go through and who has final say over publication. Do not claim independence the arrangement does not actually provide; a specific, modest, true description is worth more than a strong claim that does not survive scrutiny.]
Corrections
[Placeholder — add a corrections policy and a monitored contact address. Describe how errors are reported, how quickly they are addressed, and how corrections are marked on published articles.]
Republished material
When an article first appeared elsewhere, we say so at the top of the piece and point the canonical link at the original. Each piece is published on exactly one site.
